These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of adriansdriveways.com and the landscaping and hardscape services provided by Adrian's Landscaping (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services and Estimates

We provide landscaping, hardscape, sod, irrigation, drainage, mulch, rock, planting, and related outdoor services in Lake, Cook & McHenry Counties, IL. Estimates are free and are based on the information, photos, and site conditions available at the time. Final scope and pricing are confirmed in a written quote or agreement before work begins.

Quotes, Pricing, and Payment

Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change if the scope, materials, site conditions, or access differ from what was described. Additional or unforeseen work will be discussed before it is performed. Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice, and amounts are due as agreed.

Scheduling, Weather, and Site Conditions

Outdoor work depends on weather, ground conditions, and material availability. We may reschedule work to protect quality and safety. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area and to identify known hazards on the property.

Underground Utilities

Before any digging, we or the property owner are responsible for arranging locates of underground utilities through JULIE (Illinois 811). You agree to disclose any private lines (irrigation, lighting, invisible fencing, drainage, gas to outbuildings, etc.) that public locates may not mark.

Plant, Sod, and Workmanship Warranty

Plant material, sod, and seeding depend heavily on watering, weather, and ongoing care, and are living products we cannot guarantee to survive. Any warranty on materials or workmanship, if offered, will be described in your written quote or agreement. Proper watering and maintenance by the customer is required for any establishment coverage to apply.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Deposits, custom materials, or work already performed may be non-refundable as described in your agreement.
